Every product from L’Armentizia, a historic dairy in Siniscola, is the result of a natural and artisanal process that enhances carefully selected Sardinian sheep, goat, and cow’s milk.

The result is a range of Sardinian cheeses that fully express the aromas, textures, and flavors of our land.

From the sweet and gentle ricotta to soft cheeses like the delicate Sinì or NInnoro, and more intense varieties like Mejores, Extramontalbo, or the traditional Pecorino rigato, each product reflects the land, expertise, and deep respect for raw ingredients.
